Swamp
Pen and Watercolour
Swamp is the prompt from Illustration Friday this week. We don't have many swamps here so this is what I imagine one is like, complete with hidden danger!
It's fascinating, Cathy! At first sight it may seem an abstract painting, and this makes it a special thing! I love the colours, I always feel in tune with your palette. Have a nice day!
Great colours and great looking swamp area (looks like some swamps I have passed while out portaging between lakes, except we dont have crocs here up north... just my dirty dog that loves to roll in swamp juice)...
The Croc you made is amazing, love the eyes and the reflection of it. Well done!!!

Love your image here. The discovery of the croc was fun with the reflection. Very fun.

Beautiful! You have mastered your medium! I agree with the others - the reflection is skillfully done! Nice!
Great drawing! It looks very swamp-y!
oh, scary! Lovely piece.
Absolutely perfect. Dead on for the topic, composition (that EYE), & color! Swampilicious! ;)
This is exactly what I imagine when I think of a swamp. And it's really beautifully done!
