Federica

Oil 30x40cms

Every now and again I manage to finish an oil painting, this one is a portrait of my Italian niece Federica.
She has the most beautiful eyes which just had to be painted, I chose to frame them with the gold scarf.
Perhaps you can tell she is a very lively young lady!

Cathy this is such an alive face - wonderful eyes, it really jumps off the computer screen and must be wonderful to see close up! Delightful.

I don't think I had seen an oil painting by you yet. It's amazing, and gorgeous. Your niece is beautiful, and the colors you choose are fantastic. Well, in case you hadn't understood yet, I'm in absolute awe before this work : ) !
