Mysterious
In the dark forest moves a figure. Suddenly a red cloak is illuminated, caught in a patch of sunlight.
Who is she? Where is she going? It's all so mysterious!
Hi Cathy! Thanks for your comment! you have a great stuff here! This illu is really awesome! watercolor has always been difficult for me. I see for you not... Greetings!
This watercolor brings me back to the fairy tales of my childhood! The trees with their curved branches, the mist, the colours, the character seen from her back, everything contributes in creating a feeling of mystery.

Awesome piece highlighted by your words!
Gorgeous, evocative !
Hopefully she's not headed towards the Big Bad Wolf!

oh, I love this Cathy!
Fantastic.
It's all so...err...what's the word I'm looking for?
Oh yes...Mysterious!
Stew.
It has to be Little Red Riding Hood! But is the wolf following her through your wonderful trees?
Whoever or whatever it is that's following her...she's so 'wrapped'up in her own thoughts she's totally unaware!
Love it!
Mysterious lady in red,
where are you off to today?
To visit Granny in bed?
Be sure to keep the wolves at bay.
beautiful.

Ooh - very gothic and mysteriously compelling. How that splash of red stands out. It recalls a Charlotte Bronte novel. x
Love the colors of the trees!
This is one of my favorites so far. It is most certainly MYSTERIOUS...and so well painted!
Very lovely and dreamy!

This is OH so mysterious! You have a wonderful mastery of watercolors.
Great illustration Cathy - and those trees are definitely quite ominous with their colours and shapes.
