I don't watch much TV myself but I notice how people especially children can become mesmerised by the flickering images on the box.

ah, yes. I know this condition well, it is in constant evidence at my house.
This is great. I love how the position and shape of the cat echoes that of the boy. (Does your cat really watch TV? Mine ignores it studiously and then suddenly something catches her eye and she gazes intently for a second and then pretends elaborate indifference.) I also love that you used Naruto (?) as the subject of the television show!

Lovely light in this one! My dad used to come and stand between the kids and the tv when he wanted to get our attention or take us home (we didn't have one at home).
