Everyday Matters 300! Something bright...this is my little girl cat lying in the bright morning sun.
This is how I find all my cats in the morning after the school run, stretched out soaking up the warmth. They wake up when I arrive and after a long yawn, the morning wash and grooming starts.
My apologies to my little cat, I've drawn her a little bit fatter than she actually is!

I confess I have been reading previously and not had time to comment ~ so having arrived back, I wanted to say what a beautiful drawing. That sleepy look just conveys so much, it is a lovely piece of work :)
I love cats and this is so in character for them. I really love how you did this. The light is so well done. I'm gonna try and catch my boy cat the next time he suns himself. This is gorgeous.
