Costa Concordia

We have been watching the fate of the Costa Concordia all weekend, it's a dreadful experience for all the passengers and crew.
The Concordia calls in every week at Palermo and I often see her docked at lunchtime when I drive past the port and  I even  spent the day on board a couple of years ago.
We wait with anxiety to hear news of the people still missing.

I thought of you when I saw on the news that the ship calls at Palermo! It's terrible, isn't it - and quite damning against the captain too. I feel for his family but even more so for the families who have lost their lives. x

Sorry - my previous comment should have read - for the families of those who lost their lives. Makes more sense that way!
