These are actually better raw than cooked and delicious in salads, fortunately these onions don't smell as strong as white onions otherwise I would have been crying!

Well done - such a neat, balanced drawing. Your work is one of those that make me want to really get to work and learn more technique, because it's always so neat and you make it look simple! One day I'll stop thinking about it and do it for good!

There's a coincidence! I have never grown onions before and yesterday, bought a bag of red onion 'sets' for my first attempt.
I love your sketch - the perspective on the onion on the right is not one I have seen before and I think it is great. Nice texture too - again, a bit different to the usual onion paintings! Good to see a new take on the subject.
